all year long for different charities and since May is national Pet Month, we are collecting for the 

HUMANE SOCIETY OF BLOOMING GROVE IN ORANGE COUNTY. (BLOOMING GROVE NY) &

FOUR LEGS GOOD RG CARES ANIMAL SHELTER IN ROCKLAND COUNTY. (POMONA NY)

(For each item you bring you can put a raffle in our box for a chance to win a free 60 minutes training session!)

What’s needed for BLOOMING GROVE:

  • Wet and dry dog food (Purina One Chicken & Rice dry) 

  • Wet and dry cat food (Friskies or Fancy Feast wet/Friskies dry)

  • Cat litter

  • Pellet litter (Yesterday’s News or Feline Pine)

  • Clorox Bleach  or comparable disinfecting bleach (We always need bleach!)

  • Non-latex surgical gloves

  • Lysol Spray

  • Disinfecting wipes

  • ​Hand sanitizer

  • Laundry detergent

  • 40 or 50 gallon contractor grade trash bags. 

  • Paper towels

  • Towels and blankets (No pillows please, the animals like to pull the fluff out)

  • Cat toys

  • Dog toys

  • Temptations cat treats

  • Jerky treats for dogs

What is needed for POMONA:

  • Fancy Feast kitten canned food 

  • Purina ProPlan kitten dry food

  • Canned adult cat or dog food

  • Bags of dry adult cat or dog food

  • Dog or Cat Treats

  • Jars of Gerber baby food - poultry flavors

  • KMR Formula

  • Miracle nipples

  • Cans of sardines and tuna fish in oil (for trapping)

  • Cat litter, clumping and non-clumping, preferably unscented

  • Cat litter, paper based, for post surgical TNR cats

  • Bleach

  • Chlorox wipes

  • Paper towels

  • Contractor bags

  • Blankets, sheets and towels
