Juli is the passionate founder of Body By Juli, an IFBB Bikini Pro, dedicated fitness coach, and proud mom of three young children. Originally from Suffern, New York, Juli now lives in Orange County with her husband, their son, two daughters, and two dogs. Her lifelong love of sports and fitness started early, playing softball, soccer, track, and cross country throughout her youth.
While still in high school, Juli began working in a gym, where she discovered her passion for weight training and helping others improve their health. After graduating, she earned her first personal training certification and immediately set out to build a career in fitness. By the age of 20, Juli began competing in bikini competitions, and at just 22, she proudly earned her IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) Pro Card, officially becoming a professional bikini athlete.
At 23 years old, Juli took a leap of faith and opened Body By Juli, a fitness studio created to offer a smaller, more personal, and family-friendly atmosphere. Her mission was simple: to provide a supportive and non-intimidating space where people of all ages and fitness levels could work toward their health goals comfortably and confidently. Since its opening in 2016, Body By Juli has helped hundreds of clients transform their lives through fitness and lifestyle changes.
Over the years, Juli has competed in over 20 bikini competitions and has maintained her commitment to fitness even after starting a family. She has completed numerous Spartan Races, half marathons, and marathons, demonstrating that a busy life—especially as a mom of three young kids—can still include consistent dedication to personal health and fitness.
Juli’s coaching experience spans a wide range of clients, including youth athletes, sports teams, men and women seeking healthier lifestyles, and seniors wanting to stay active. She focuses on building balanced, sustainable habits and encourages her clients to prioritize self-care and wellness in all aspects of their lives.
Beyond the gym, Juli is deeply connected to her community. Body By Juli is actively involved in the Villages of Suffern and Washingtonville and is a proud member of the Suffern and Blooming Grove Chambers of Commerce. Juli believes in giving back and fostering relationships that support the growth and well-being of those around her.

Colton aka "Mr Juli" is co founder of Body By Juli. Throughout his teens he was a multi sport athlete with accolades in football. Post high school Colton ranked nationally as a teen bodybuilder. He went on to win multiple weight divisions in open bodybuilding before turning 22 while utilizing his passion for posing to defeat larger opponents. Mr. Juli retired from competitive bodybuilding and began competing in Spartan Races and Ultra Marathons 'for fun'. Known for being a NO EXCUSES, yet goofy trainer, Colton will help you become the best version of yourself.

Jamie is a proud Nanuet High School graduate who grew up immersed in sports and an active lifestyle. Her journey into health and wellness began after earning her degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University. While working as a nanny, Jamie started to truly recognize the importance of living a healthy and active life—not just for physical wellness, but for overall well-being.
Inspired by her own personal wellness and weight loss journey, Jamie became certified in personal training and dedicated herself to helping others gain confidence and achieve their fitness goals. With a deep passion for empowering others, she creates individualized plans that support each client’s unique path.
Jamie also found joy and strength through Pilates, which led her to become a certified instructor. She believes exercise should feel like fun—not a chore—and her goal is for every client to leave a session feeling energized, empowered, and excited to return.
At the core of Jamie’s approach is creating a welcoming space where clients feel seen, supported, and safe. She emphasizes listening to your body, finding a healthy balance, and recognizing that true wellness means making yourself a priority.

Lisa is originally from Rockland County and now residing in Orange County, NY, Lisa is a dedicated wife, proud mom of two daughters (ages 18 and 23), and a dog lover with three furry companions. Her journey into the fitness world began when she joined a local HIIT-style boot camp studio. It was there that she discovered her passion for group fitness and committed to living a healthier, more active lifestyle.
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lisa brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every class she leads. She previously owned and operated her own HIIT training gym in Middletown, NY, where she developed a deep appreciation for creating effective, fun, and fast-paced workouts that challenge and motivate. For the past four years, Lisa has been a group fitness instructor at a local facility, and she continues to coach there while also working with several other local gyms over the past three years.
Lisa finds the most rewarding part of being a trainer is the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships with her clients. She values every individual’s health and fitness journey and considers it a privilege to help others become stronger—both physically and mentally. Her mission is to inspire confidence and foster a love for fitness in everyone she coaches.

Erin grew up in Orange County, NY, where she still resides with her husband, dog, and cat. From a young age, she had a deep love for movement and staying active—participating in dance, tennis, basketball, track, and enjoying outdoor activities like swimming and kayaking.
After earning her associate degree from Orange County Community College, Erin traveled to Costa Rica for an immersive yoga teacher training program and became a certified yoga instructor. Inspired by the mind-body connection, she continued her education at SUNY New Paltz, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Following graduation, Erin embarked on her own health and weight loss journey. Through that experience, she discovered the profound impact a healthy lifestyle can have—mentally, emotionally, and physically. This transformation fueled her desire to help others make similar changes in their lives.
Erin went on to earn her master’s degree in Health Psychology and became a certified personal trainer. She now blends her background in psychology and fitness to guide clients in building strong, sustainable habits—both in and out of the gym.

Outside the office, Erika is passionate about fitness—particularly weight lifting. A former softball athlete with over 10 years of weight training experience and more than 20 years of participating in fitness classes, Erika is committed to helping others feel confident in their own skin. She believes that every body is different and that the true goal is to be stronger than you were yesterday.

A former dancer and competitive cheerleader, Stefanie has always found joy in movement—whether it's running, weightlifting, practicing yoga, or staying active outdoors. She also enjoys horseback riding, playing golf and pickleball with her husband and daughter, and embracing new wellness challenges.
Seven years ago, Stefanie and her family traded city life for the open space of Orange County, where they now live on a small farm raising chickens and pigs. For Stefanie, healthy living isn’t just about exercise—it’s also about knowing where your food comes from. She believes that access to fresh, local ingredients plays a vital role in long-term wellness and vitality.
