Body By Juli: 10 Years of Transformation, Dedication & Growth
I opened Body By Juli in January 2016 at just 23 years old—with a vision to help people become the healthiest, happiest, strongest versions of themselves. Coming up on 10 years in business in January 2026, I’m proud to say that dream has grown into a thriving, life-changing community.
My commitment to my clients has always been unwavering. I give 100% of myself to each and every one—and in return, I expect the same level of commitment to their health and well-being. I believe in a balanced, sustainable lifestyle and I work hard to be a living example of that balance—managing fitness, family, and self-care.
From Competitor to Coach
My fitness journey began in my teen years, which led me to when I got more competitive, in 2013 when I entered my first NPC (National Physique Committee) competition and placed 2nd. That lit a fire in me. Since then, I’ve competed in over 20 competitions and, in July 2015, I earned my IFBB Pro Card, becoming a Professional Bikini Athlete. While that chapter was incredible, my true passion lies in helping others. Today, my focus is on YOU—supporting your journey to a stronger, healthier, and more confident life.
Growth, Expansion & the Future
Over the last few years, Body By Juli has grown tremendously. We’ve built a powerful team of trainers, expanded our reach, and now operate two studio locations, including our new space in Orange County, which we proudly opened earlier this year.
As the business has grown, so has my role. I’ve stepped back from one-on-one training to focus on operations—everything from scheduling, sales, event planning, to marketing, billing, and trainer development. To run Body By Juli efficiently and maintain the high-quality experience our clients expect, I take pride in leading these areas while empowering our team to take on more clients every week.
Personal Life, Real Balance
I'm also a proud mom of 3 under 4, and even though life is beautifully full, I still prioritize time for myself—especially in the gym. In 2023, I set a personal goal to compete again, and I’m proud to say I did it! It reminded me why I fell in love with fitness in the first place.
